Hardships are a part of life that everyone must deal with. These hardships can either enable you to succeed or cause you to fail. The outcome of these obstacles all depend on how these situations are handled. Everything about life is just so unpredicted. You can't run away from trouble. There ain't no place that far. So, the solution is just deal with it and believe in yourself that hardship can lead to a lighter heart and a fresh beginning.
So for me whether you are crying or scream out loud just to feel relieve, it is depends on the situation that you face. When you feel down and sad, if you want to cry then just cry. It is not a crime to express your feeling. After you have feel relieved, then you should try to start a new spirit and washed away all your tears because these will led you nowhere. Turn your wounds into wisdom. You should not be carried away with your past that will eventually make you feel even down.
Frankly speaking, without hardship and difficulties there are nothing to learn in your life because we learned from mistake, from the hardship that taught us to be stronger and mature and at the same time taught us to be more independent so that we can handle the upcoming hardship even wiser. You will get all this from the experience in life. The more you live, the more experience you get. Along the way to that, you will learned to get better and be a new person.
Although I am not the type that easily crying when facing the hardship, but I know that crying is a good medicine to overcome the hardship and as a starter to a new spirit. It doesn't even show weakness but it shows that we are ready to face another challenge in life aite?
